USA System is a high-performance wooden sports flooring solution developed for indoor sports. With FIBA approval and EN 14904 certification, this system delivers superior shock absorption, flexibility, and athlete safety for basketball, volleyball, handball, and similar sports.

The maple surface ensures excellent ball bounce and athlete comfort with its high-density hardwood structure.
APPLICATION DETAILS
Surface Preparation:
Subfloor is inspected and leveled with self-leveling screed if needed. Moisture levels are measured and dried if necessary.
Plywood Substructure:
The first plywood layer is laid perpendicular to the parquet direction with 0.5 cm gaps. Elastomer pads are stapled to the underside of each sheet. The second layer is laid diagonally at 45° and stapled.
Parquet Installation:
First-class solid maple boards are nailed using angled cleats at ~30 cm intervals with a pneumatic nail gun. Boards are installed perpendicular to the first plywood layer.
Sanding & Finishing:
The surface can be pre-finished at the factory or sanded and finished on-site using polyurethane-based sports-grade products. Fine sanding and cleaning are performed between coats.
Skirting Installation:
Skirting boards are installed in a way that allows floor expansion.

Factory-Finished System
The flooring comes pre-coated at the factory: a moisture-protective lacquer film on the underside and 5–7 layers of UV-cured, polyurethane-based top coatings meeting FIBA standards.
High Performance, Long Lifespan
Each parquet module is fastened to the plywood battens with specially grooved nails at a 45° angle, ensuring optimal adhesion and high impact resistance.
Installation Features
